Deposit of €1,500 per card
- The house is non-smoking, except outside.
-Pets are welcome, there is space in the park but it is not enclosed.

- The stay is reserved for tenants only with a maximum of 12 people accepted in the house (tolerance for one or two extra small children if required on request, without additional sleeping accommodation).
In the event that the house needs to be cleaned to a higher standard than normally foreseen and requires the intervention of a professional (cigarette or other odours, breakages, displaced furniture, etc.), the cost will be deducted from the deposit paid.
- You may park your vehicle in the courtyard of the house, but access to the garage is not permitted. - Parties and events involving outsiders are not accepted.
