Spacious gîte (140 m²), quiet and comfortable, sleeps 9, 5 km from La Charité-sur-Loire, in a fully renovated traditional Nivernais house. In the heart of the Charitois region, just a stone's throw from the village of RAVEAU, on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela, come and discover the forest, the Loire, historic towns with a rich heritage, the Nivernais Canal, the Morvan and its lakes, Sancerre, Chavignol, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Briare, Guédelon, Magny-Cours...

The gîte comprises
Ground floor: large 36 m² living room (fitted kitchen, dining room, sitting room) with access to an enclosed garden (terrace, garden furniture, barbecue); shower room with WC.
First floor: "Mésange bleue" bedroom (160cm bed), "Hirondelle" bedroom (140cm bed), "Rouge-gorge" bedroom (1 sofa bed 140cm + 2 single beds 90cm (possibility of adding a single bed 90cm in one of the bedrooms), shower room, separate WC.
From the landing, access to a mezzanine: 1 BZ 140 sofa bed.
