La 34S - Ecluse du Banet - Le Nid de l'Eclusier

The charming, completely renovated lookkeepers' house, built in the early 19th century, invites you to a very special experience "nature pure". Lock 34S is situated some 1.5 km from the next village in the pitoresque Vallée d'Ouche. 25 km to Dijon, the capital city of Burgundy, 3.5 km to exit 30 on highway A38. Enjoy a slice of interior waterway history and discover the unparalleled atmosphere of the Burgundy Canal.

"Petite Restauration" available from Sunday till Tuesday and on holidays, 11 a.m. till 7 p.m., May till September. Closed Wednesday through Saturday.
The boutique "Les éditions Baron de l'écluse" offers a selection of wines from the Burgundy, Beaujolais and Minervois regions, local specialities, felt articles as well as souvenirs.
Furthermore, l'atelier 34s. découpArt proposes artistically decorated objects and small furniture.
