Gîtes Les Courtaillards

Come and spend a few days in the heart of Burgundy, between the Châteaux, vineyards and lakes of the Morvan.
On our property, the Gîte sleeps 4 people in peaceful comfort on the heights of COUCHES on a hillside in the heart of nature.
The typical ground floor has a fireplace opening onto a living room, a shower room and a covered terrace (for smokers).
Sleeping accommodation: 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm).
The house is independent of our home, it is an old honey factory that we have renovated, you will share our courtyard for parking which is closed and secured by a gate.
We share the swimming pool from JUNE to MID-SEPTEMBER, it is located between the Gîte and our house, it is covered and open from 1pm to 8pm.
Children are of course under the supervision and responsibility of the parents/adults accompanying them.
You can enjoy the front and back terraces, the pond, the frogs, the goldfish and, more recently, the presence of a beautiful Natrix garter snake, which you should observe with discretion.
The hamlet is situated in a valley surrounded by nature, with meadows, vineyards and woodland, and a footpath passes in front of the house. You'll love the wash-house trail and the blue route.
From the back terrace, look out for Kiki our donkey who, if you call him, will answer you with a nod of the head.
Mountain bikes can be hired on request.

Arrival from 5pm on the 1st day of rental and departure before 11am on the last day of rental.
