The idea of creating 5 gîtes grew out of the desire to bring this beautiful building in Beaune's historic centre back to life and to show people around.

Roland and Françoise wanted to create an authentic, warm and cosy atmosphere for each of them.
Lovers of old stones will be able to share in the secrets of the house by taking the spiral staircase.

Each flat has been designed to make you feel at home.
The kitchen area is equipped with 2 induction hobs, a fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules supplied), kettle, toaster and crockery.
The bedroom has a bed (160x200), TRECCA imperial slatted base and mattress with mattress topper.
Suites 1, 2 and 3 have a small lounge with a convertible sofa bed (140/200) with a high-density mattress.
Large bathroom, separate toilet EXCEPT for bedroom 5. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, hairdryer, "L'Occitane" products (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc.).
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV with satellite channels and wifi.
