On the banks of the Loire, this 6-person gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility (part on the ground floor) and is ideally placed to discover the vineyards. Courtyard shared with another gîte yet to be developed. The interior has been renovated with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a pellet stove, a lounge with a TV, DVD player and wifi; a spacious bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. On the first floor, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and its dressing room; 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 benefiting from a very nice view on the Loire and the vineyards; 1 independent toilet with washbasin and a shower room with a large shower. Close to the shops of the village, near La Charité sur Loire and Sancerre. Bicycles can be borrowed for rides along the Loire.
