In the heart of the Pays Auxois-Morvan, come and discover this old 18th century Burgundy farmhouse, where a group gîte has been converted. Situated in the calm of the hamlet of Chassenay, it is 5 minutes by car from the town centre of Arnay-le-Duc, an old medieval town with its towers and stones, where you will find all the shops. Easy access: 15 minutes from the motorway exit of Pouilly-en-Auxois.
The gîte is composed of 5 bedrooms for a capacity of 15 people (3 bedrooms in the ground floor and 2 upstairs) and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
This gîte has two particularities. The first one is its ecological functioning: heating and hot water are provided thanks to a wood boiler, the insulation of the buildings is made with wood fiber, the purification of waste water is done thanks to a phyto-purification basin. The second is that you will find on the site the performing arts company Les Coureurs de Toits (www.lcdt.net), as well as the photographer Gaël David (gael_david@yahoo.f), don't hesitate to call upon their services to make your stay more enjoyable.
Baby equipment and games are also at your disposal.
