Gîte le Perron

This small detached house, with its terrace and garden, is located in the heart of a small hamlet near SAULIEU (less than 2 km from the town centre).
On the ground floor, opening onto the terrace, living room with kitchen area (cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker). BZ sofa bed, TV.
To go upstairs, a "miller's ladder" staircase, mezzanine with bedroom, double bed and wardrobe. A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC is adjacent. The hiking trails (GR, chemin pèlerin, petite randonnées de pays, etc.) pass in front of the house, and the forest is less than 500 m away.
SAULIEU, in the heart of Burgundy, is an hour's drive from the main tourist attractions: DIJON, BEAUNE, VÉZELAY and also close to the lakes of the Morvan Park: Chamboux, Saint Agnan, Les Settons, etc.
