Our XIXth century farmhouse is located in the heart of the magnificent BOCAGE NIVERNAIS, at the gates of MORVAN. It has been renovated and is fully equipped.
A preserved wooded garden (3300 m2) with a small fenced pond (frogs, fish) and a small marked out apiary. Swing. Barbecue, terrace, tables.
On the ground floor, the gîte has a large living room (with fireplace, bar, satellite TV, Wifi, sofa), a large dining room (fireplace, large table), large new kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom (two single beds), one bedroom with a double bed, large playroom.
