With a separate entrance, free adjacent parking and no proximity to the rest of the 30000m2 property, you'll enjoy the feeling of disconnection and immersion in the surrounding nature.
Ideally located just 5 minutes from Nevers, this gîte is surrounded by 1500 hectares of the Amognes national forest, which is within easy walking distance.
This peaceful, unspoilt setting is steeped in serenity and nature.
The chestnut cottage has a large terrace overlooking the lake and a light-filled interior of 60m2 that can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a large living area with a lounge, dining room, open-plan kitchen and pellet stove, a shower room, a bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a mezzanine with another 160cm double bed and a single bed.
The gîte is set in 3 hectares of private grounds, which also include a private stable, another gîte and our house.
Dogs and horses are welcome under certain conditions.
