Gîte du Poyaudin

The gite du poyaudin is located in a small hamlet with a view over the valley.
In a quiet area, you will be able to take advantage of a 2500 m2 closed ground with a place for vehicles, a petanque ground (boules provided), barbecue, deckchairs.
On the ground floor, you will have a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with toilet and Italian shower, a room (washing machine) and a veranda (awning) and a terrace.
On the first floor, a bedroom (bed 140). A bathroom and a bedroom are under construction and therefore closed during the stay.
Supermarkets, bakeries, grocery shops, tobacco shops... located between 5 and 10 KM (Saint-Sauveur, Toucy, Mézilles).
Sheets and household linen provided. Electric heating (included up to 20 kwh/day - charged extra above that). Barbecue

Many activities, near Guédelon, near the Bourdon lake (swimming, pedal boat, paddle, windsurfing, fishing...) accrobranche, various castles to visit, many hiking trails, good wine country (Chablis, Sancerre, Coulange-la-Vineuse, Irancy) all these areas within a radius of 30 to 60 km.
