Gîte du Perthuis

The Gîte du Perthuis in Clamecy is ideally situated: on the banks of the Nivernais Canal and the Yonne River, at the foot of the towpath and the marina, a stone's throw from the old medieval town, the Romain Rolland Museum and the town centre (all shops).

Very close to the Yonne department, you can also take advantage of tourist sites such as: Vézelay, Guédelon.

This independent house, renovated, has on the ground floor a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer ...), separate toilet, upstairs a bedroom with double bed (160x200) overlooking a terrace, a bedroom with bunk beds (90x200) and 1 bed (90x190), a bathroom, in the basement of a room (with washing machine) to store bicycles (the bike route passes at the foot of the house). You can also take advantage of the interior courtyard and the fully enclosed garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue available.
