Gîte du moulin de Saint-Germain

In the Burgundy countryside, the Moulin de Saint-Germain is situated on the banks of a stream on the edge of the forest. The Gîte du Meunier is an independent gîte adjoining a barn. It is located in the old miller's house opposite the mill, which is the owners' home. On 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom (2 beds of 120 cm) and a large bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, another bedroom (1 bed 140 cm, 1 bed 120 cm and 1 bed 90 cm). Electric heating and wood (35 euros/per hour). Large unfenced garden by the river (not protected). Parking space.

We also offer a small gîte of 35 m2 for 2/3 people, more simply equipped, fitted out in the adjoining barn, it is composed on the 1st floor of a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and on the ground floor of a kitchenette open onto a small living room (with television), a single bed (90 cm) and a shower room with toilet. Opposite the gîtes is an independent guest room with bathroom, toilet and small sitting room, fitted out in the old bread oven of the Moulin.
