Fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and sitting room (wood-burning stove), separate WC. A few steps lead to 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (2 single beds OR king-size bed). Shower room/WC (walk-in shower). Private terrace and raised garden (100 sq.m.) with slide & sandpit at back of gîte. Bikes available. Garage below gîte. Oil-fired heating (charge based on meter reading). Cot, high chair, booster seat, bath, changing mat, child safety gates.|11km away: Nid à la Caille lake (lifeguards, children's games), Pont lake (beach). Cycle track alongside Canal de Bourgogne.
