For rent in the heart of the Auxois Morvan region, the Gite de la Baume welcomes you.

5km from Arnay-Le-Duc, 18km from Pouilly-en-Auxois (A6, A38 access), we offer you our single-storey gite.

With a capacity of 3 people and a surface area of 50m2, you will find..:

- the main room: kitchen-living room of 22m2 with fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, extractor hood, fan-assisted oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ironing board, iron, washing machine) and sitting area with flat-screen TV.

- the 16m2 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm)
- the shower room

You will enjoy the 80m2 courtyard with garden furniture. Barbecue provided on request.

Parking is free of charge.

The central heating is regulated (pellet boiler).

Sheet and towel hire is optional:
- 14€ for a 2 person bed including 1 fitted sheet (160X200cm) 1 duvet cover (220X240cm) 1 pillow case per person (60x60cm)
- 8€ for 1 Person bed including 1 fitted sheet (90X200cm) 1 duvet cover (140X220cm) 1 pillow case per person (60x60cm)
- 5€ per person including 2 towels (1 large and 1 small)

Dish towels and bath mat included in the price

A cot and high chair are available on request.

We accept a maximum of 2 pets on request.
