Gîte café de la gare

This refurbished former café is located in a residential area.
The interior is bright and spacious.
The large lounge with its open fireplace is an inviting place to relax.
A magnificent connected office allows you to work in peace and quiet.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Two large bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an extra bed for a child (on request).
A third bedroom with 2 single beds and a children's play area.
A cot with new bedding, duvet available.
Beds are made up on arrival.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob,
A washing machine but NO DISHWASHER!
A kettle, filter and Sensseo coffee maker, tea towels and cleaning products, and plenty of crockery.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, towels provided.

Indoor and outdoor parking.
The gîte is set in a large fenced property of 3500m2 with a formal garden. (The very discreet owner lives in the house next door).
- Large covered terrace at the rear of the gîte with a large table (shared space).
A 4-seater covered outdoor jacuzzi, which requires rigorous and regular maintenance, so reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Children are not allowed in the gîte without constant adult supervision.
The gîte is located in a residential area, so please be quiet outside after 10pm to respect our neighbours.

THE JACUZZI IS IN OFF MODE DURING THE WINTER PERIOD .
(November, December, January and February)

A traditional barbecue is available.

Pets are welcome but are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
We ask you not to let them roam the property unsupervised and to pick up after them.
(5 euros/day/pet)

A petrol station, mini-market and washing and drying machines are less than 300 metres from the gîte!
You can recharge your electric vehicle on site (at an extra charge).
