Clotilde DAVENNE, oenologist and passionate winemaker, has been making terroir wines in Chablis since 1989, but also Sauvignons de Saint-Bris, Irancy, Côtes d'Auxerre and Crémants de Bourgogne. It is now possible to stay at the Domaine, as a couple in Studio Chantemerle, with family or friends in the Gîte des Temps Perdus, with its two separate bedrooms
Since 2017, the estate has had nearly 23 hectares of small plots of vines, of different grape varieties and ages, spread over the communes of Saint Bris, Chablis and Irancy.
