Gîte in the countryside on the edge of the forest and a 1.5 ha pond. Situated in a quiet, restful location.
Ground floor: veranda with resin seating area and view of the pond, kitchen, bathroom, dining room with seating area (sofa bed sleeps 2) and fireplace.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom sleeping 2 people, bed 140 cm and 1 bedroom sleeping 2 people, bed 80 cm). Located 10 minutes from the Magny-Cours racetrack, 20 minutes from Moulins, 30 minutes from Nevers and 45 minutes from Le Pal.
