Brigitte CARRERA invites you to discover an old winegrower's house of 54 m², entirely renovated, located near the Château de Rosey, in a quiet and green setting that will satisfy both lovers of authenticity and modern comfort.
The house has an enclosed courtyard with trees and a small garden. Access is via a staircase that leads to a small covered terrace with garden furniture.
The house consists of a large living room with an open kitchen opening onto the living room equipped with a sofa, a TV and a table to take meals.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The toilets are separate. The heating is electric. Possibility to rent bicycles: 15€ per week.
