Coming from a historic family of winegrowers installed on site since 1830, Fernand and Catherine welcome you to a charming cottage in an authentic Burgundy farmhouse of character from 1798, fully restored in accordance with the rules of the art and in charge of history (formerly mansion owned by a local notable), located on their family vineyard farmed organically (AOC Maranges Côtes de Beaune / tasting and visit possible). In a residential hamlet, very quiet, nestled in the very heart of the vineyard on an exposed plateau overlooking the typical small wine village of Cheilly-les-Maranges nestled along the canal du center in the hollow of the beautiful Maranges valley. Sumptuous countryside and hilly vineyard setting in gentle mountains between wooded hills, vast vineyards, meadows and forests. Beautiful location, absolutely magical. Superb open view over the vineyards of Santenay & des Maranges and the surrounding countryside. Magnificent panorama and landscapes. Comfortable gîte.
