Flat located in the historic centre of Montbard. At the foot of the Buffon Tower, behind the Buffon museum and 300 metres from all the shops in the town centre and the Burgundy canal. The street is a staircase, so there are no passing cars, and it's very quiet.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. Large outdoor terrace of 300 m2 to be shared with our 2 other flats, but large enough for everyone's privacy.
