Brionnais City - Suite L'Annexe

A family house dating from 1903 and a desire to preserve this heritage has decided to give it a new life and write a new story. Two new atmospheres and a quiet outdoor park await you in the heart of our beautiful Brionnais countryside to travel in two new worlds...

In the village of La Clayette (71800), in the heart of the Brionnais region, you will have access to all the amenities of the town centre within a few minutes' walk.

By opening the back door of the common areas, thanks to the validated Sanitary Pass, you will discover an outdoor space common to the 3 gîtes and the owners, accessible with supplement and on reservation to complete your stay (according to weather conditions).

A wooded park of more than 1000 m² will be offered to you so that you can make the most of your stay.

A natural ornamental and swimming pool, open only in season, measuring 10 metres x 5 metres and 1.5 metres deep, awaits you depending on the season (open from May to October depending on the weather).

A fully equipped Pool House will be available during the season so that you can make the most of the outside area (summer kitchen, sanitary facilities, bar...) with its wooden terrace of over 60 m² and its Garden Lounge, sunbeds and parasols!

And to top it all off, a large 6-seater EXTERNAL heated Spa, not closed but equipped with a retractable waterproof and UV-proof canvas pergola and a permanent water temperature of 37°C will perhaps tempt you?

This space is open under conditions of valid Sanitary Pass and on reservation, in the conditions announced in our tariff tab.

An enclosed parking area will be available as an option.

Presence of a dog in the park

A closed outdoor parking area is available and a closed garage for one vehicle per gîte is available on reservation at an additional cost.

Cleaning is at your expense or optional on request.

3rd Gîte : The annex is designed to accommodate up to 6 people (4 independent beds).
It is composed of a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 and a bed of 90 cm,
a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and an additional bed of 90 cm.
The accommodation has a shower room and private bathroom.
Please note that there is no kitchen in this accommodation. The necessary for breakfast is available (tassimo and fridge) with a table for extra meals.
This gîte is particularly suitable as a complement to another gîte or for visitors passing through.
