Le 10 is ideally located: halfway between Paris and Lyon on the A6 motorway (exit n°23 Bierre-lès-Semur). The Montbard TGV train station, 9 km from the apartment, serves Paris Gare de Lyon in 1 hour, Lille in 2 hours and Dijon, "City of art and history" future international city of gastronomy and wine, in 40 minutes.

You will be able to explore and visit many historical sites, discover the route of the Dukes of Burgundy and also enjoy joyful family moments thanks to the various leisure activities available in the area.
The apartment -The 10 along the canal- can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. A living room with a sofa bed (160x200 or two single beds), an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, hob, dishwasher), a shower room, a separate toilet, a garden and a terrace.

Sheets, towels, soap, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer are provided. A baby bed is graciously made available on request.
