La Petite Nature

In a quiet hamlet of La Charité sur Loire, Burgundy-Franche-Comté region, there is a nice little house, proposed for seasonal rental, completely renovated and including :
- 3 rooms: Living room and 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds)
- Kitchen
- Shower room
- Laundry room
- 2 toilets (1 main and 1 extra for the night with hand wash basin)
- Clearance
- Private parking
- Landscaped garden with trees

Weekly rental for a maximum of 4 people between 15 April and 15 October.

Price :
480 € per week (from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 10am), including water, bottle of gas and electricity (up to 12 KWh consumed per day. Beyond that, you will be charged 1 € per KWh consumed in addition).
Possibility of a reduced rate for long stays. For this, please contact us.

Possibility to provide bed linen for 20 € more and towels for 5 € per person.
Cleaning option: 70 €.
