Following on from the well-known Auberge de Saint-Clément, Andrew the Scottish chef and myself Richard (from Burgundy) have moved into these walls in the heart of the beautiful village of Saint-Clement-Sur-Guye, under the name of Beaumartin, after having set up this restaurant in the west of Scotland for 12 years;
We offer a daily starter, main course and dessert including a choice of meat, poultry, fish or vegetarian dish. We also offer a choice of tapas to enjoy with a craft beer or a local wine, situated in the vineyards of the Châlonnais coast.
All our ingredients are local, and we cook them with that little personal touch that makes it so unique. We're always looking for new influences and these amazing local producers.
It's a fresh, small menu served in a warmly decorated restaurant, and why not take advantage of our renowned terrace in the rural peace and quiet of southern Burgundy.
