In Tibet, this yoga evolved alongside other medical practices as a therapy involving breathing techniques, self-massage, postures and specific mobilisation exercises designed to restore humoral balance and remove energy blockages at all levels. This practice is effective in freeing the body and calming the psycho-emotional sphere.
