The Weekend Programme Guided walk & Visit to the Bibracte site :
- 2 full days and 1 night in a bivouac in the Morvan with an experienced and qualified guide.
- Guided tour of the Bibracte archaeological site
- a guided tour of the Museum of Celtic Civilisation
- a meal at the Gaulish restaurant Le Chaudron
- 15km walk and 300m ascent on average per day
- 1 night's bivouac in the countryside

Departure: Saturday 3 August 9am from the Bibracte museum car park
Arrival: Sunday 4 August 5pm at the Bibracte museum car park
Level of difficulty: 1/4: walk of around 15 km per day and around 300 metres of ascent.
Who is this course for? For people over 18 who are in good physical condition, used to walking independently with a rucksack and interested in discovering Bibracte and its history.
Group size: 8 participants max.
Equipment required: 1 picnic, snacks, 2 litres of water, rucksack, tent, duvet, mattress, suitable footwear and all your hiking gear,
Possibility of hiring equipment for the outing: tent, mattress, duvet, etc.
The Morvan is a small wooded mountain in Burgundy, at an altitude of 901 metres, just 2 hours' drive from Paris and Lyon. Come and discover these mountains, forests, rivers and magnificent lakes!
