Come and discover the Foulon mill in Arnay-sous-Vitteaux. A former hydraulic mill, which supplied the town of Vitteaux with electricity in the 19th century, the Foulon mill has now been producing soft wheat-based flour for several generations.
We offer guided tours to immerse you in the daily life of the miller and discover the different stages that transform the wheat grain into flour.
