The 8th stage kicks off in Semur-en-Auxois, a town in the Côte-d'Or that exudes cycling, before continuing on to Haute-Marne.
Did you know that Semur-en-Auxois is reputed to be the most cycling-friendly town in the Côte-d'Or? On 6 July, the Tour de France will be paying it a well-deserved tribute! Semur-en-Auxois will have the honour of being the starting point for the eighth stage of this great race. The cyclists will set off from the Côte-d'Or to reach the Haute-Marne.
This is a golden opportunity to take advantage of the Tour de France's passage through the Côte-d'Or and discover the magnificent fortifications of Semur-en-Auxois. So, will you be joining this exploration?
