How to decipher a vintage, understand its ageing potential and its aptitude for ageing.
After a guided tour of the winery and the ageing cellars, you will taste several vintages in line with the theme. The evening will be hosted by oenologist Christine Botton and will end with a convivial dinner accompanied by old vintages of the House.
