Bat Night

To mark the night of the bat, the Pyramide du Loup is organising field trips for you and your family to discover the life of these animals. Join specialist Ludovic Jouve on a day out to learn a little more about bats, their behaviour and their biology. A documentary evening on bats for all the family to enjoy. Also discover our new outdoor trail at the Pyramide du Loup, the barefoot trail!
4.30pm - An interactive presentation will be given by Ludovic Jouve under the dome of the Pyramid. The presentation will focus on the biology and behaviour of bats. Get to know them better to protect them more effectively! The presentation will include a slide show and film.
At 6pm - Take a walk with our bat specialist, Ludovic Jouve, and learn about bat-friendly facilities.
Corsica Bats
8pm - Documentary film on bat migration
Discussion after the screening with our specialist, Ludovic Jouve.
9pm - Bat watching with Ludovic Jouve in the Pyramide du Loup park, where bats live. We are a bat refuge. Thanks to the detector, we will be able to listen to the ultrasonic cries of the bats. A special circuit detects the inaudible sounds made by bats and transforms them into audible sounds.
