A half-day introduction to the fascinating world of Burgundy wines, with a glass in hand, and an introduction to tasting methodology.
Learn how to look, smell and taste white and red wines and identify their aromas. You'll also learn how to store and serve wines, and how to match food and wine.
At the end of this morning, you'll be more at ease in front of a glass of Burgundy and will begin to find the right words to comment on the wines and share your impressions.
