Graines de Noé, an association for the conservation of local cereal varieties, invites you to a celebration of cultivated biodiversity. Come along for a Sunday of fun and learning about the subject. On the programme: workshops and activities around wheat and barley (milling, bread-making, brewing, pasta-making), a visit to the collection of old wheats and other cereals, wooden games, lectures on biodiversity in the fields and garden, a farmers' market (bread, biscuits, beer, pasta, vegetables, etc.) and association stands (les Croqueurs de pommes, la Graine et le Potager, Nature & Progrès, etc.). Refreshments and catering on site (booking recommended).
