Gorsline Intime exhibition

To mark the museum's 30th anniversary, the new display of works by Douglas Gorsline highlights the artist's intimate life in Bussy. Having fallen in love with the Auxois region, the American artist and his wife Marie Carson moved there full-time in 1963. Marie Gorsline founded the museum dedicated to her husband in 1994. Today, the Friends of the Museum association is offering to revisit his original work through a selection of paintings that bear witness to the passage of time and to moments of life in Bussy, broken down into sequences as if seen through a broken mirror.
