Yum, Asian cuisine! I don't know about you, but the thought of it is enough to take you on a trip.
So get out your chopsticks and steam baskets and get ready to make some delicious Asian ravioles.
Make the ravioli dough, prepare a Thai broth, and make 2 different types of ravioli: prawn ravioli with ginger, garlic and bamboo shoots, and pork ravioli with pork loin, leeks and sesame seeds.
You'll go home with your own dishes, and what's more, you'll be able to taste some of them on the spot!
For a more eco-responsible approach, we invite you to bring empty containers if you wish.
This is a fun, friendly workshop for amateurs and experts alike.
Aprons, tea towels and recipes are provided on site.
