After 20 years of collaboration with Bernard Loiseau, perfection and excellence combine. Skilfully put together dishes celebrate local produce, French gastronomic heritage and love of food, featuring, amongst others:

  • frogs legs in garlic purée and a parsley sauce;

  • farmhouse chicken breast and fried foie gras in a potato purée garnished with truffles.

Le Relais Bernard Loiseau in Saulieu is a legendary establishment, nestled between four Burgundian regions, between Avallon and Pouilly-en-Auxois. A top place for haut cuisine, it’s also a haven of warm peacefulness, with its traditional design and exposed wooden framework.

The three large lounges in Burgundian white stone offer a panoramic view of the park, bringing light and clarity.

In nice weather, the aperitif is served on a large garden terrace, under the shade of weeping trees, lulled by the lapping of the fountains.
