La Cave se Rebiffe
Jazzy atmosphere, wide range of wines, and a bar to lean on. Welcome to this welcoming wine bar in Dijon, that also offers a "table d'hôte" service. Burrata des Pouilles and top-quality cured meats are prepared right in front of you, and you are sure to want to come back again and again, thanks to the delicious products on offer. As for the wines, the manager will give you some great advice to be able to choose from the wide range from some of the great estates, wines from young winegrowers, sustainably-grown wines or organic wines.
La Parenthèse

A wine merchant, with wine-tastings and a wine bar all rolled into one, Les Vins d’Anges is the place to be for wine in Mâcon! You'll see why as soon as you venture inside, with the barrels and stairs decorated with engraved, wooden wine cases. This welcoming place is run by Raphaël Pacheco who will advise you according to your tastes and his wine-tasting concept to taste a variety of wines. There are three "cellars" with wines from all over France, Mâconnais wines and some Grands Crus. The highlight? The wine list is changed on a regular basis and there are some delicious sharing platters of local products on the menu!
Une Note de Vin
This wine merchant and wine bar in the town centre of Nevers is run by a passionate oenologist who loves to talk about wines, about the winegrowers he meets, their expertise, their approach to winegrowing and their values. This is an excellent establishment where you're guaranteed to have a great evening tasting the delicious products in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.
Marguerite de Chablis
We particularly recommend the Marguerite de Chablis wine bar on a summer's evening, as it is in a magical and peaceful setting on the water's edge, in the town bearing the same name. They have a wine list featuring some organic wines as well as sharing platters. It's the perfect place to come and taste a glass of the famous Chablis, with the delicious local savoury nibbles, "gougères".
Le Trou - Caveau de Saulx
For the perfect end to a day of sightseeing in Dijon, come to Le Trou – Caveau de Saulx and enjoy the unique atmosphere in the stone wine cellar. In this intimate setting, you'll want to just let go and savour the moment, to enjoy some great wines and relax, with the added bonus of an electro, rock or jazz concert. You can expect to experience the lively, simple and skilful Burgundian culture here thanks to the friendly atmosphere, perfect for an evening with friends. Taste some cheeses from Burgundy and Italy, various local products from Clavisy Farm in Yonne or Poiset Farm at the Domaine Prieuré Roch.
La Fine Heure
La Fine Heure is both a traditional restaurant and a wine bar, where you can also buy some great wines to take home with you. At this establishment at the heart of the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, you can enjoy some delicious cured meat and cheese sharing platters, and homemade terrines.
Cave Saint-Louis
This establishment is in the charming little town of Corbigny, between Nivernais Canal and Morvan. As its name suggests, it is a wine cellar, and also a grocery store where you can buy some delicious local products, and a wine bar to come and take your time enjoying the great vintage wines on offer. You can also take a seat out on the spacious sheltered terrace area covered in wisteria from the spring onwards, and choose from the top-quality traditional dishes on the menu.
