The first day

You could spend your first day wandering around La Charité-sur-Loire, and visit the Priory church, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Then go and enjoy the natural environment here by cycling along the banks of the Loire, either on a standard bike or an electric one for a more relaxing outing, followed by a picnic on the water's edge.

The evening

In the evening, we recommend going to the restaurant Le Grand Monarque. They serve traditional cuisine, made with local products.

The night

You could stay in one of the 3 rooms at Antipodes, an authentic guesthouse with contrasted decoration: decoration using local Burgundy stones, contrasted with decoration inspired by tropical islands. An unmissable blend of styles.

The second day

In the morning on the second day, climb aboard the La Mignonnette "toue cabanée" (wooden barge with a cabin) for a boat trip down the river, and lunch cooked on the plancha.

The afternoon

To end your day, you could either go for a walk through the Pouilly-Sancerre vineyards, or stay on the theme of water sports and go canoeing on the Loire.
