Come and discover the magic of plants through vegetable dyeing on linen or cotton. Are you curious about these ancestral techniques that are back in fashion? Do you have a fabric you'd like to freshen up? Then these workshops are for you!
Come and discover vegetable dyeing by bath, directly on the farm where the dye plants are produced.
You'll have a choice of plants from the Chatillonnais region, in soft, natural colours (a range of yellows, oranges and greens). During this workshop, you'll learn the basic principles of vegetable dyeing, and you'll be able to leave with your dyed fabric, and a new vision of the nature that surrounds you!
A second workshop will focus on the tataki zomé technique, which involves printing plants directly onto textiles to create original and creative compositions to suit your taste. It's quick and easy to use, making it accessible to everyone and easy to reuse at home!
