The knives that come out of the La Forge du Ginkgo workshop are all unique pieces, thanks to the manual and historic production process applied to the living character of the material used to sculpt the handles.
With a predisposition for the art of the table and the kitchen, I also offer an extended range of folding and outdoor knives.
