Colzen

Inspired by the world of photography and graphic arts, my work as a jeweller consists of a perpetual search for a new and contemporary look on the world of jewellery
Through my creations, I try to capture the childish and playful side of the world to give life to unusual, offbeat and acidic jewels (coin toss ring, fork necklace, on/off ring, phosphorescent jewels...).
I like to play with materials and colors (silver, resin, stones, wood...), and thus propose collections which adapt to the moods, to the clothes, to the states of mind.

This artistic and contemporary vision of the jewel is accompanied by a requirement of quality, aestheticism and singularity, that is why I create only unique pieces or small series, with various materials and a concern of completion and solidity.
My CAP and my Brevet des Métiers d'Art obtained at the SEPR of Lyon (prize of excellence in 2005, prize of honour in 2005, 2nd prize of the competition of Creation in 2004), my BMA and my Mention complémentaire de joaillerie as well as my artistic training allowed me to learn the communion between the perfectionism of the technique and the aesthetic and artistic research.
