Parcours Olfactif des Vins

The olfactory journey is a sensory, educational and fun programme for wine lovers curious to discover the aromas that make up a wine’s bouquet.
This tour features several barrels on which are arranged:
a stainless steel sleeve with 4 reversible flaps under which there’s a photograph representing the desired aroma.
4 stainless steel tubes closed by wooden stoppers shaped like glasses which contain the aromas to be discovered. These aromas are mainly derived from natural products, which guarantees the authenticity of the olfactory experience.

The olfactory journey is offered by Atelier de la Vigne et du Vin, one of Burgundy’s wine professionals.
