From the vine to the wine, come and discover the secrets of the great wines of Burgundy and learn how to taste them with an expert! A fun and sensory experience whether you are an amateur or a connoisseur, comfortably installed in the Caveau in a friendly atmosphere!

Sandrine Lanaud, your personal coach, "Terroir and wine" expert and professional taster will share with you her passion and the secrets of Burgundy!
The workshop will take place in the cellar of the Dame in Dijon - historic centre
Content can be adapted according to the participants:

1-Discover and understand the diversity of Burgundy wines: history, grape varieties, hierarchy of wines, oenology, answers to your questions...
2. Learn about :
- Sensory tasting to highlight the qualities of terroir wines and to differentiate the wines tasted: Tasting of 4 wines from the "Burgundy" appellation to the "village".
- Food and wine pairing with an aperitif board (optional +7€)
Possibility to dine in the crypt of the restaurant "La Dame d'Aquitaine
possible extension with a walk in the vineyard
