Located 25 km from Dijon, the capital of gastronomy and the starting point of the famous Côte Viticole, where we can show you some of the cellars, our guest house welcomes you in the pretty medieval village of Bèze. The village is famous for its caves with turquoise waters that can be visited by boat and for its Vauclusian spring that can be reached on foot from our mill. In the past, it powered the forge of the nearby Benedictine abbey, which can be visited in the summer months. A stroll through the old village streets will also allow you to discover the facades of the houses and the wash houses.
Originally from the region, the Moulin de Belle Isle on the river was a real coup de coeur for us. Now transformed into a guest house, it is a haven of peace and quiet. In addition to the sound of the water that lulls the nights, you can admire the herons that come to quench their thirst in the water. We will be very happy to welcome you in one of the five rooms which will transport you to the time of the knights and to serve you a breakfast in the dining room with its beautiful fireplace.
A footpath from the Moulin will take you along the river to the hamlet of Rome and then into the surrounding countryside. We can also point out other places of interest in the region such as the Fontaine Française castle or the Champlite Museum of Arts and Traditions... We will also provide you with the programme of local festivities.
