You will be welcomed in a spacious and tastefully furnished duplex in a restored house of character, furnished with care and independent from the owner, with a terrace and a garden shared with the owner.
You will find a living room, dining room with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge with freezer), toilet and shower and upstairs a large comfortable bedroom with antique washbasin, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, private parking or a closed garage. Our large garden is at your disposal and you have your own terrace with garden table and chairs. Its quiet location makes it the ideal starting point for discovering Burgundy: walking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, relaxation, visits (medieval village, castle, cellars), tennis, rollerblading on the greenway and wine tasting of Couchois, boat trip on the Canal du Centre. Located near the Valvital spa in Santenay les bains.

Arrival 3pm and departure 11am.
