In Burgundy, in the Chablis region, the Château de Viviers with its guest rooms is the former historical residence of the musketeer Deya de La Salle. The estate is set in a graphic setting of greenery and serenity where authenticity and art of living are combined.
Arnould and Isabelle, Franco-Belgians, in search of excellence, will be delighted to welcome you in a refined setting, full of charm and family, from April to November, for a weekend or a short stay.
Arnould has recently taken over this organic and biodynamic winegrowing estate and will share with you his passion for Chablis where biodiversity rhymes with respect for the fauna and flora.
Isabelle will make you discover her creations of art of the table, art of the fire, textile, decoration...
For breakfast, you will be served fresh products: honey from the property, jams made with fruit from the orchard, eggs from their hens and Louis' organic bread.
Deckchairs in the garden, in the shade and calm of the lime trees or near the river are at your disposal.
Many villages and places of interest are to be discovered in the vicinity: Noyers-sur-Serein, Vézelay, Auxerre, Château de Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc...
Don't hesitate to ask them for advice, they will recommend you good little restaurants and their secret corners...
