Château de Prye

The romantic and elegant atmosphere that emanates from this castle is fed as much by the moat and the medieval tower as by the fairy-tale statuary on the facades and the park that serves as its setting.
Once you have passed through the majestic gates framed by the two small mansard pavilions, a long driveway will lead you to the entrance of the castle where three rooms and two comfortable and warm suites await you.
Prye Castle also has sumptuous stables with marble-panelled boxes and is the starting point for walks in the 156-hectare walled park, which will take you to see the animals in the forest.

During your stay, organise your visit to Apremont sur Allier (its floral park and stables), Bazoches, Saint Fargeau and Guédelon. Take a canoe trip on the Loire or on the Allier (Bec d'Allier), visit Nevers and its old medieval quarter, go karting in Magny-cours. Near the domain, Accrobranche, aquatic centre and Ecots stables.
