Ideally located out of town but close to everything. Exit 33 off the A7 motorway, not far from the Magny-Cours race circuit, the Marault agropolis, the legendary N7, a golf course, the medieval village of Apremont-sur-Allier, 20 minutes from Nevers station, close to Bourges or Moulins.
You will be staying in a detached house adjoining mine.
On the ground floor, a private breakfast area with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge, a sitting area with table, sofa, television and board games.
Upstairs: two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140 x 190) and the other with two single beds 90 x 90), a shower room with toilet.
Parking on your doorstep inside the property.
A small set of garden furniture for fine weather. Bed linen, towels, cleaning, breakfast included, hairdryer available.
