Charles-Guillaume and Blandine Simon, who have been rooted in Burgundy for several generations, took over this former wine merchant's house founded in 1840 in 2014. Built in the heart of Meursault, the premises had fallen into neglect for over 50 years. After a long period of renovation and installation, their family-run business finally came into being with a simple idea in mind: to help you discover exceptional spirits that combine tradition and modernity!

From this alliance, they have created 5 product lines: Esprit de Vin, Esprit de fruit, L'Ô DE JO (Dry Gin), B-A-R JO a delicious pastis and a range of tasty liqueurs. In 2019, they are investing in a still with the aim of continuing to create their own independent, craft distillery.
