With more than 2000 years of winegrowing history, Burgundy is particularly renowned for its great wines from remarkable terroirs, shaped, delimited and protected over the centuries by monks, dukes and winegrowers, who continue to preserve this unique wealth today. The climats of Burgundy have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2015.
This heritage is reflected in the present day by an exceptional mosaic of "lieux dits" whose classification (village, 1er cru, grand cru) reflects the unique qualities of each of these parcels.
Through a selection of 4 carefully chosen white wines*, we offer you a journey to the heart of the terroirs in order to better understand what makes them original and famous.
In an atmosphere that is both educational and friendly, we will be happy to share our passion and knowledge of Burgundy wines with you, giving you the keys to understanding and appreciating our winegrowing terroir.
The tasting, led by a professional, includes 4 glasses of 5cl* white wines, from the Village appellation to the Grand Cru. An interactive visual aid will allow novices and enlightened wine lovers alike to enjoy a more immersive experience.
Duration of the event: 45 minutes (from 11:30 to 12:15)
Meeting point: Les Clos Vivants - 1 rue Musette 21000 DIJON
